When something isn't working, I help you understand what's actually getting in the way - so you can make clearer, more informed choices about what will help.
The right support starts with understanding the whole picture, not assuming the problem.

You Might Be Here Because...
For yourself:
-
You've tried lots of things, but nothing fully fits.
-
You feel overwhelmed, exhausted, stuck, or stretched beyond your capacity.
-
You're questioning why things seem harder than they used to - or harder for you than for other people.
-
You're struggling with focus, executive function, motivation, or getting things done and don't understand why it feels so difficult.
-
You're exploring ADHD, Autism or neurodivergence, or trying to understand what a diagnosis actually means for you.
-
You're navigating burnout, perimenopause, career change or another life transition.
-
You keep second-guessing yourself, people pleasing, or struggling to recognise what you actually need.
-
You're struggling at work but finding it difficult to explain what's getting in the way or what support might help.
-
You want to understand yourself more clearly before deciding what to change.
Or perhaps you're supporting someone at work:
-
An employee is struggling at work, but it isn't clear what's getting in the way.
-
You're considering workplace or reasonable adjustments and aren't sure what would actually address the barriers.
-
Someone is returning to work after absence and you want to put appropriate support in place.
-
You've received Occupational Health or Access to Work recommendations but need help translating them into practical working arrangements.
-
You want to create more inclusive ways of working rather than relying on generic solutions or waiting until someone reaches crisis.
You do not need a diagnosis, certainty, or a crisis point to start with clarity.
Sometimes the most useful step is understanding.
Ways to Work With Me
Support shaped around what you actually need.
What's Different About Working With Me?
I bring together individual understanding, professional coaching and mentoring, and more than 20 years' experience in senior HR & People roles.
That means that I don't look at a person, problem, or workplace from only one perspective.
I understand the individual experience - how attention, sensory needs, emotions, nervous system, health, capacity, and environment can affect how someone functions. I also understand the workplace reality - managers, teams, performance expectations, policies, operational needs, reasonable adjustments, and the practical decisions employers have to make.
I work in the space between the two: helping people understand and articulate what they are experiencing, while helping workplaces understand the barriers and explore what support is practical, appropriate, and genuinely useful.
Individual Understanding
Not just the presenting problem.
We work together to understand the wider picture of how you think, process, respond, and function - including capacity, environment, and what may be happening beneath the overwhelm, inconsistency, or feeling stuck.
Greater self-understanding and self-trust, less trial and error, and clearer choices about what genuinely supports you.
Coaching & Mentoring
Reflection when you need space.
Knowledge when it helps.
I can work alongside you through coaching, while also drawing on mentoring, relevant frameworks, and practical understanding when appropriate. The support can adapt as your understanding develops.
More confidence in your own understanding and decisions, with support that evolves rather than prescribing what you should do.
Workplace Experience
More than 20 years in HR & People.
I understand both the human and the organisational sides of workplace support - helping bridge the gap between what someone is experiencing and what can practically be understood, discussed, and supported at work.
Understanding the barrier enables better-targeted support, clearer conversations, and more workable outcomes for all.
