Workplace Review & Recommendations
Identify what’s getting in the way and what practical support may help.
What This Is
A structured review for employers who want to better understand what may be affecting an employee at work and make informed decisions about appropriate support. This may be useful when an employee is struggling with aspects of their role, returning after absence, exploring neurodivergence, health or disability at work, or when existing support or recommendations don't seem to be addressing the difficulties being experienced. The review starts with a fact-find to understand both the employee's experience and the workplace context. I consider what may be contributing to the difficulties, including the demands of the role, working environment, capacity, communication, sensory or cognitive barriers, and any support already in place. You will receive a written summary identifying the key barriers and practical recommendations for consideration. These may include workplace or reasonable adjustments, changes to ways of working, further conversations or specialist input, or other practical support. Where appropriate, recommendations may also include ongoing support from me for the employee, manager, or both. Any further support would be discussed and agreed separately rather than assumed as part of the review. The purpose is to help you move from “something isn't working” to a clearer understanding of what may be contributing and what practical next steps are worth considering. Included: - 60-minute employer / manager fact-find - 60-minute confidential employee fact-find - Review of relevant existing information provided e.g. OH reports, role information, or current adjustments - Written Review & Recommendations - 30-minute employer follow-up to talk through the recommendations and next steps The £395 fee covers the full review and recommendations package, beginning with this 60-minute employer fact-find. Additional conversations included in the review will be arranged separately.
