Whole-Person Clarity | Coach & Mentor
ADHD-informed | Neuro-affirming | Trauma-aware
Helping people understand what is happening internally, so they can make informed decisions about what genuinely supports them.
When things aren't working, but you can't quite explain why, clarity comes before change.

You Might Be Here Because...
-
You've tried lots of things, but nothing fully fits.
-
You feel overwhelmed, but can't explain why.
-
You're questioning whether your current way of operating is sustainable.
-
You are trying to understand yourself through a different lens.
-
You want to understand yourself as a whole person, not just through symptoms, labels, or diagnoses.
-
You appear fine externally, but feel internally strained and disconnected.
-
You don't know what support would actually help.
-
You have spent too much time and money on trial-and-error solutions.
You do not need a diagnosis, certainty, or a crisis point to begin understanding yourself more clearly.
Clarity starts by understanding what is actually happening.
Ways to Work With Me
A simple, structured pathway - so you know where to start and what comes next.
Learn More About How You Work
1:1 Mentoring: A blend of psychoeducation, reflection, and practical discussion designed to help you make sense of concepts such as executive functioning, nervous system regulation, sensory processing, capacity, and neurodivergence through the lens of your own experience.
What's Different About Working With Me?
We live in a world that often separates experiences into symptoms, diagnoses, problems, and solutions.
My work takes a different approach.
Together, we look at your experience as a whole person: brain, body, emotions, nervous system, senses, capacity, environment, and lived experience.
The goal isn't to tell you what to do. The goal is to help you understand yourself clearly enough to make informed decisions about what genuinely fits.
1. Notice
All services begin with creating enough safety & space to notice what your system may already be trying to communicate - without judgement or pressure to change anything.
2. Understand
I then support you to make sense of patterns across brain, senses, nervous system, emotions, body, capacity, and environment - so you can see what is actually happening more clearly.
3. Choose
From clarity, you are able to choose what genuinely fits - whether that is support, change, or a different way of responding.
