1:1 Mentoring
What This Is
1:1 Mentoring combines psychoeducation, practical frameworks, and reflective discussion to help you better understand how you work. Unlike coaching alone, mentoring may include shared knowledge, models, tools, research, and practical frameworks where these are likely to support understanding. The aim is not simply to provide information, but to help you connect that information to your own life in a meaningful and useful way. Topics we may explore include: • executive functioning, attention, and focus • nervous system responses and regulation • sensory processing and overwhelm • burnout and recovery • capacity, energy, and sustainable pacing • emotional patterns and internal signals • self-advocacy and communication • neurodivergence and identity • workplace, parenting, or environmental challenges • sustainable ways of working and living My approach is grounded in the Whole-Person Clarity Framework and Structured Self-Triage. Rather than viewing experiences in isolation, we explore how different aspects of your life interact and influence one another. This work is: • neuro-affirming • trauma-aware • whole-person centred • psychologically safe • tailored to your individual circumstances You do not need a diagnosis, a specific goal, or a complete understanding of what is happening before booking. Mentoring is often most valuable as an ongoing process. As understanding develops, we can revisit concepts, explore new questions, and identify practical adjustments that genuinely fit your life, environment, and needs. The focus is not on fixing you. The focus is on increasing understanding, reducing confusion, strengthening self-trust, and helping you make informed decisions about what genuinely supports you.
