What This Is

ADHD can explain something important about how your brain works - but it doesn't explain everything about you. 'ADHD & You' is a six-week guided small-group programme designed to help you understand how ADHD actually shows up for you, what else interacts with it, and what you need to function well within your whole system and life. Rather than giving everyone the same ADHD strategies, we'll explore your individual patterns across attention, executive functioning, sensory experience, emotions, nervous system, body, capacity, and environment. The group is a supportive, low-pressure space. Come as you are on the day - there is no expectation to perform, have the right answers or share more than feels comfortable. You can participate in the way that works for you, while learning alongside others exploring their own experience. Across the six weeks we'll explore: Week 1 - ADHD & Me Moving beyond generic descriptions of ADHD to begin noticing how it shows up in your own life. Week 2 - Attention, Executive Function & Motivation Understanding how you start, focus, switch, remember, organise and get things done - and what affects this. Week 3 - Senses, Stimulation & Environment Exploring how sensory input, stimulation and your surroundings can support or drain your ability to function. Week 4 - Emotions, Nervous System & Body Noticing how emotions, stress responses and physical signals interact with attention, behaviour and capacity. Week 5 - Capacity, Expectations & Adaptation Understanding what uses your capacity, where expectations may not fit, and what helps make things more manageable. Week 6 - My ADHD Clarity Map Bringing the pieces together: how you function, what affects you, what you need and what genuinely supports you. You'll leave with greater clarity about your ADHD in the context of you - rather than another list of strategies you're supposed to make work. 6 weekly 90-minute live online sessions | Maximum 8 people No preparation or ADHD expertise is needed. The programme is designed to help you explore and understand your own experience, not arrive already knowing the answers. You don't need a formal ADHD diagnosis. You may be diagnosed, awaiting assessment, self-identify as ADHD, or simply be exploring whether ADHD may be relevant to your experience. This is a coaching and learning programme, not an ADHD assessment, diagnostic service, medical treatment or therapy.
